I bring 4 years of teaching experience as a 4th grade teacher, 4 years of teaching experience as a 2nd-6th grade gifted resource teacher, and 9 years teaching experience as a 5th grade teacher.
I also received DeSoto Central Elementary’s Teacher of the Year Award and was selected as DeSoto County’s Teacher of the Year in 2013. In addition, I was voted as DeSoto's Best Teacher for 2021! I am truly honored and will continue to work hard to bring your child the most memorable elementary experience possible.

I have my Masters Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Ole Miss. I became National Board Certified in 2009 & successfully renewed in 2019.
